Took my car here on 8/10/26 due to a coolant leak. It was determined a new radiator was needed. They installed the radiator on 8/11 and all was well, until it wasn't. Over the course of Wednesday and Thursday my car ran fine. Friday I was traveling a couple hours to visit family and my car completely stopped. It would not accelerate when pressing the gas and I had broken down on the side of the road. Upon further examination under the hood, my father (who has 30+ years of experience as an ASE certified master technician) determined the trans-cooler line was not efficiently reconnected after the radiator was installed thus resulting in EVERY SINGLE OUNCE of my transmission fluid to leak out. Because of this minor detail that was missed by the technician at Harris, this could have caused a MAJOR issue involving the entire transmission which would have resulted in it blowing completely. It's sad because I have used Harris tire before and they were good but due to this small but necessary detail being missed which could have caused significant issues, I cannot in good conscious recommend this business for ANY kind of repair much less changing a cabin air filter.

As always, Anthony was extremely helpful with my situation. I made an appointment for an oil leak, and it ended up simply being a loose cap; they charged no fee! They could have price gouged and made up a more "elaborate" reason for my oil leak, but they were completely transparent and honest. Let me be clear that I am not implying they will service your vehicle for free. What I am saying is that they are truthful, retain great leadership, and are fair with their prices. I regularly come here for state inspections, tire rotations, and oil changes. They have a customer for life in me.

Kaden and the staff told me how they could help, how long it would take, and how much it would cost upfront. I will be coming back and recommending them to others!

First come first served for State Inspection. Get there and stand in line in the morning. About 20 minutes after opening, I overheard a customer being told it was an 1 1/2 hour wait. I got in at opening... 3 people in line ahead of me. Super friendly. I was out in less than an hour. Jay's recommended ..and my son recommended Jay's...so I trusted it was a good shop.

This place was amazing! My wife had a flat tire and came straight here. It was 4pm on a weekday and they miraculously worked her right in! They looked at her tire, determined it was okay to be patched/plugged, and repaired it! It was incredible! Super fast! The front desk staff is super nice! A big shoutout to Molly! She was a huge help! Thank you all for saving the day for us!
